We had a busy week with runners taking part in a number of races.
Well done to Mary Mulhare, Tom Lupton and Amy Walsh who made the trip to Adamstown Co. Wexford to compete in the Leinster Uneven Ages and Senior cross-country championships
Portlaoise AC was well represented on Sunday with over 25 athletes from all age groups running their absolute best
The weather was almost perfect for the Leinster Novice cross country in Navan
