Well done to Michelle Howard & Suzanne Miley who took part in the Bressie RHYTHM ( Running helping you to healthy mind) 5km a day in January challenge.
As is the case every year, the Club was well represented in the Heath 10k Road Race. The ladies were to the fore again out in great numbers all putting in great performances in what was not ideal conditions but always running with smiles on their faces.
Great running by all in the Raheny AXA 5 Mile road race, this is a top class race and great to see all our Athletes mixing it with the best.
Our Men's Quartet of Tony Reilly, Cyril Cuddy, Colm Fitzgerald and Aengus Burke represented our club in the Leinster Masters Cross Country held in Dunboyne, County Meath. This is a very competitive race with all the best Masters runners in the province lining up.
