Dublin Half Marathon 21 September 2019

A good day in the park last Saturday for Niamh Quinn, Cathy Mulhacen, Amanda Mc Donald, Niamh Kavanagh and Niall Collins who all ran fantastic times in the Dublin half marathon. Never an easy course with a few nice inclines so well done to them. Special mention to Niamh Quinn who  was running her first ever half, posting a 10 mile PB in the process.

Geashill 5k

Another fine performance from Colm Fitzgerald on Sunday last, posting an impressive time of 16.48 in the Geashill 5K, taking 2nd spot in the race.  Colm is in nice form coming into the cross-country season.
