St. Michaels Forest Run 2019

Well done to Pam,Lucy, Ursula, Noreen, Claire, Ursula , Rosie , Noel, Niall and Tony who ran the Forest race in Emo last evening, with Tony taking 2nd place overall. By all accounts another well organised event by St Michael's, they even done a good job with organising the weather., fair play.

 

LOETB Run Mt. Lucas

Well done tp Elaine and Niamho who made a good start to the weekend by running the Mount Lucas run on Friday morning , getting the early sunshine in the process . They can now have their Easter eggs without feeling guilty.( Well one each perhaps).

 

Fighting Coxs 5K

Sandra Fitzpatrick and James Hamm travelled to Carlow today for one of their favourite events, the Fighting Cocks 5k. Racing for the second weekend in a row Sandra posted a fine 21 22, while James followed up his fine run in Kilkenny o Thursday by taking 2nd spit I a time of 16.45. Another two who can enjoy their Easter eggs, James restricted to a cream one while Sandra can have one of choice provided James buys it.

 

Naas 5K

Niall Collins took full advantage of the Easter running activities , running the Naas 5k today in a time of 21.24, his fourth race in as many days.
