Laois Athletics Senior Road Race St Abbans 2019

Super day all round at the Laois Senior road races in Crettyard on Sunday. Mary Mulhall put in another impressive performance to take the ladies title in style, while Maria Cuddy also had a fine run. The men's race produced double gold, Tom Lupton having a splendid race to take the individual gold. The ever-young Cyril Cuddy once again put in a massive effort to take a highly deserved bronze, and along with Barry McEvoy, 4th and James Hamm 10th the gold team was secured also. Fine efforts on the day also from Colm Fitzgerald, Richie Reid, Paul Cuddy and Noel Marum, another excellent day for the club.
