Vicarstown junior Parkrun 16.02.2019

Saturday morning the 16th of February was the first morning of the junior park run primary school initiative with a plaque for most primary school athletes.  This brought as many as 193 participants the banks of the canal in Vicarstown.  Among these 193 we had Fionn, Aoife, Emma Jane and Grace Cuddy taking part. Fionn was 12th male, Aoife was 9th female, Emma Jane was 12th and Grace was 23rd with a PB.

Graiguecullen 5K 17.02.2019

James Hamm was 3rd in the  Graiguecullen 5k and our newest female member Sandra Fitzpatrick was 2nd in her age category.

Ballykelly 5K 17.02.2019

Portlaoise had strength in numbers in the recent Ballykelly 5K with Barry McEvoy winning followed by Colm Fitzgerald in 2nd, Richie Reid 3rd and Paul Cuddy 5th.  Maria Cuddy was 3rd female.
